Since we had just gone apple picking, I was in charge of an apple inspired dessert for Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year). This is a perfect time of year to use apples in all kinds of dishes from crumbles to apple sauces and more! I tried to make it a leeetle healthier by swapping out maple syrup for sugar, almond flour for regular white flour and brown coconut sugar for regular brown sugar. I'm not claiming it's SUPER healthy, but it is super delicious! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
