[MEDITATION] I Am Willing
One of the most powerful mantras there is, is 'I am willing'. It helps lay the groundwork for change in a gentle, yet powerful way. We don't have to do things perfectly, we don't have to get it right. We can simply be willing. This can be applied to any challenge you are currently facing. Whether it is anxiety, forgiveness or even a health challenge, becoming willing to change can have a big impact on your ability to heal. I hope this serves you!
